Description
The City of Birmingham, Michigan is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified professional firms to inspect two water tower tanks in accordance with the specifications in the Request for Proposals. Addendum No. 1 clarifies that the tanks will be emptied during September 2026 before the inspections, addressing whether commercial divers or a remotely operated vehicle may be used. The proposal must include the completed Bidder's Agreement, Cost Proposal, and Iran-Linked Business Certification; descriptions of similar completed projects; a project timeline and approach; firm and personnel qualifications; subcontractor information, if applicable; three client references, including at least two references involving the same proposed materials; and technical specifications for proposed materials. The selected consultant must maintain the specified insurance coverage and submit two printed copies in a sealed envelope marked "WATER TOWER TANK INSPECTIONS."
