Description
The City of Pontiac, Michigan is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide comprehensive maintenance, diagnostic, repair, and emergency services for its fleet of light-duty and heavy-duty vehicles and equipment. The fleet includes passenger vehicles, pickup trucks, SUVs, vans, police vehicles, dump trucks, utility trucks, refuse vehicles, construction equipment, and other municipal equipment. Services include preventative maintenance, mechanical repairs for both light-duty and heavy-duty vehicles, diagnostic services, tire services, welding and fabrication, and emergency services. The contract term is three (3) years with two (2) one-year options to renew. The City reserves the right to award contracts to multiple vendors based on service categories, specialties, geographic location, or best value.
