Description
Dixon Unified School District is requesting proposals for seven Local Area Network switches: four Ruckus ICX 8200-24P switches and three Ruckus ICX 8200-48P switches, or equivalent equipment from an alternate manufacturer. The scope includes installation and configuration, applicable licensing, shipping, sales tax, and identification of any ineligible E-Rate costs. The District will provide switch configuration information after E-Rate funding approval and requires proposals to remain valid through Funding Year 2027–2028. Proposals are evaluated based on E-Rate-eligible costs, completeness and accuracy, prior vendor performance, and references. Responders must provide at least three references involving similar equipment and installation services, confirm completion or commitment to complete FCC Form 473 for Funding Year 2027–2028, provide SPIN number(s), and confirm the ability to support SIP billing and discounting. The contract is contingent on full E-Rate funding approval and requires review by the District's legal representative and Board of Education.
