Description
The City of Willows is soliciting statements of qualifications from qualified architectural and engineering firms or multidisciplinary teams to plan and design approximately 4,500 square feet of interior tenant improvements within the existing City Hall and Civic Center. The project will accommodate a new 14-employee police department and administrative staff of up to 12 personnel, with no exterior work anticipated. The selected consultant will assess existing conditions; develop space programming, functional layouts, and conceptual floor plans; address public, employee-only, and secure circulation; incorporate evidence and property storage, access control, security, communications, and related building systems; and prepare coordinated 30% architectural and engineering preliminary design documents. Deliverables include opinions of probable construction cost, separate estimates for the police and administrative phases, conceptual and three-dimensional renderings, and electronic files in PDF and editable/native formats. Construction documents, permitting, bidding, construction administration, and other construction-phase services are excluded and will be addressed under a future contract.
