Description
The City of Ozark is soliciting qualified HVAC contractors to provide ongoing preventative maintenance, new installations, routine repairs, and emergency service for HVAC equipment at City facilities. The scope includes inspections, calibration, lubrication, cleaning, filter replacement, maintenance of compressors, condensers, chillers, boilers, controls, pumps, ventilation systems, and related components, as well as written inspection reports and recommendations for improving facility efficiency. Services will be priced on a time-and-materials basis, with separate pricing for preventative maintenance, diagnostic calls, routine and after-hours repairs, and parts or supplies markup. The contractor must provide equipment, tools, materials, labor, and safety equipment; maintain availability 24/7; respond to emergency calls within 60 minutes; and provide emergency service within six hours of notification. Work includes service at multiple City facilities, including the Ozark Community Center, City Hall, Brick Street Plaza, the Public Works field office, the 4H Building, and other or newly added facilities. Contractors proposing work for the Ozark Community Center must have a technician trained by Dectron to service the natatorium unit. The initial contract term is one year, with up to two additional one-year renewals. The proposal must include the specified contractor information, qualifications, references, service fee form, and execution form.
