Description
Springfield Public Schools is soliciting proposals from NAESCO-accredited energy service companies for a full-service energy performance contract covering project planning, development, design, implementation, and long-term guarantees of energy and operational savings. The broader project scope includes energy conservation measures, HVAC replacement, engineering, construction management, commissioning, monitoring and verification, training, maintenance options, warranties, and itemized guaranteed pricing for four schools. Respondents must demonstrate relevant performance-contracting experience with Missouri school districts, NAESCO accreditation, energy-guarantee history, technical and implementation approaches, financial strength and bonding capacity, insurance coverage, references, and a sample guaranteed-energy-savings contract. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is required before submitting a bid, and individual site visits will be scheduled during that meeting.
