Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking two packages of wrap-around pneumatic sleeves for medical use. The sleeves must be large, thigh-length, adjustable, disposable, non-sterile, and contain three bladders that provide circumferential, sequential, and gradient compression to help prevent deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism. Each package contains three pairs. The item is FDA-regulated as a Class II device and must meet applicable registration, listing, labeling, good manufacturing practice, shelf-life, packaging, marking, and domestic-material requirements. The solicitation identifies Cardinal Health 200, LLC, part number 9780-, as an approved source, but permits alternate offers only with a complete data package for evaluation. Quotes must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System.
