Description
The Department of the Air Force is seeking quotations for a brand-name-only purchase of Trimble land survey equipment and related products. The requirement includes Trimble R980 GNSS survey units, SX12 scanning total stations, X9 LiDAR scanning survey units, TSC710 controllers, fixed reference stations, rugged computers, Trimble Business Center and related software licenses, accessories, warranties, and shipping. The requirement also includes custom product configuration and customized CONUS and OCONUS training courses, including a five-day course for up to 12 students and specialized X9, tablet, and Perspective training. Quotes must provide unit pricing using the supplied line-item pricing attachment, identify the exact Trimble equipment offered, include delivery-date information, and address organizational conflicts of interest. Award will use a lowest-price-technically-acceptable evaluation, with past performance reviewed through federal performance systems. A commercial small-business subcontracting plan is required before award for other-than-small-business offerors.
