The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking to lease approximately 1,500 gross square feet of existing Class A or B retail space in the San Antonio, TX area, specifically in zip code 78249. The space must comply with all federal, state, and local ordinances, as well as Department of Defense force protection standards (Unified Facility Criteria). The lease is intended for an initial five-year term, and the space must be ready for occupancy by September 30, 2026.
