The Department of War (DoW) is soliciting quotes from pharmaceutical manufacturers for drugs in two therapeutic classes: Atopy - Topical Agents (Anzupgo, Eucrisa, Opzelura, Vtama, Zoryve) and Lung Cancer - METEX14 (Tabrecta, Tepmetko). The Defense Health Agency (DHA) will use these quotes to establish Uniform Formulary Blanket Purchase Agreements (UF BPAs) for Military Treatment Facilities and the TRICARE Mail Order Pharmacy, and Uniform Formulary Additional Discount Program Agreements (UF ADPs) for the TRICARE retail network. Quotes must be submitted via the NDC Price List spreadsheet, and the P&T Committee will evaluate them for relative cost effectiveness. A pre-quotation teleconference will be held on August 12, 2026.
