Description
The Department of the Air Force intends to award a firm-fixed-price, sole-source contract to Creativebug Holdings, LLC for a Creativebug Crafting Solutions subscription supporting Department of Defense libraries. The platform must provide 24/7 unlimited simultaneous-user access to more than 2,000 crafting classes, videos, tutorials, downloadable patterns, templates, recipes, transcripts, and class materials, with content updated regularly. Required capabilities include unlimited public performance rights for library programming; an administrative portal with usage statistics, reports, MARC records, and promotional materials; monthly administrator newsletters; patron notifications; authentication supporting eligible military and civilian users, dependents, and retirees; single sign-on using SAML attributes; and specified security controls, including TLS 1.3, HSTS, and RSA 2048-bit website certificates. The anticipated structure is a 12-month base period plus two 12-month option periods, with an estimated total value of $244,500. Responses are limited to 10 pages and must include company classification, socioeconomic status, points of contact, CAGE code, and UEI.
