Description
UT Health San Antonio is seeking a transportation management contractor to provide comprehensive transportation management and shuttle services for the San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium. The scope includes transportation between the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center and approximately 14 designated downtown hotels. The solicitation states that there is no guaranteed compensation, service volume, or minimum or maximum quantity of services. Required submission materials include completed pricing and delivery schedules, a detailed vendor quote, price file sheet, execution of offer, proposer general questionnaire, addenda checklist, RFP/RFB process form, detailed proposal, separate detailed scope of work in Microsoft Word format, terms and conditions form, and VETHUB form. A red-lined sample agreement is required only if the proposer takes exceptions.
