Description
North East Independent School District is soliciting proposals from multiple vendors to provide general facilities maintenance parts, supplies, and services on an as-needed basis. The scope includes facilities maintenance products and services such as door hardware and security products, HVAC services, and elevator maintenance, service, and repair; kitchen vent hood and duct exhaust cleaning, vending-machine services, grease-trap cleaning, vehicle repairs, and stanchions or crowd-control equipment are excluded or directed to other solicitations. This is an extended response period with incremental, multiple-vendor awards made throughout the offering period as proposals are received and accepted. The district does not guarantee purchase quantities or dollar amounts. Respondents are strongly encouraged to submit electronically through the district's e-bidding platform and must register as a supplier to respond electronically. Proof of insurance must be submitted with the proposal, and a signed and notarized Hold Harmless Agreement must be returned with the proposal. The contractor fingerprinting packet applies when services involve work with or close proximity to students.
