Description
The U.S. Coast Guard intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to McClellan Business Park LLC for fire protection services at USCG Air Station Sacramento. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision required to perform the work. The scope includes preventive maintenance and testing of installed automatic fire alarm systems, water-based fire protection systems and pumps, and fixed systems in accordance with National Fire Protection Association requirements. Technicians must have specialized experience and training, and the contractor must maintain a strong quality-control program.
