The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, through the National Cemetery Administration, is soliciting grounds maintenance services for Riverside National Cemetery. The opportunity is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. Amendment 0003 extends the proposal deadline to September 25, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Pacific time. The amendment also requires offerors to acknowledge receipt of the amendment by completing and returning it, acknowledging it on each copy of the offer, or providing a separate letter or electronic communication referencing the solicitation and amendment numbers.
