Description
DeKalb County School District is soliciting proposals for landscaping, grounds maintenance, and related services across district facilities. The recurring base services include turf mowing, edging and trimming; litter and debris removal; shrub and bed maintenance; weed control; leaf removal; playground mulch leveling; and basic retention pond maintenance. Vendors must provide all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, transportation, supplies, and related costs. Services are priced by site on a monthly fixed-price basis, with minimum seasonal service frequencies and required site-condition standards. The solicitation also includes separately authorized unit-price services such as mulch or pine-straw installation, tree trimming beyond the base scope, pond restoration or specialized maintenance, aeration or overseeding, fertilization, and pesticide applications. Proposals must address the technical approach, company qualifications, relevant experience, references, staffing, licensing, financial information, and transition planning, and must include the specified cost forms and certifications. The initial contract is for one year, with up to four one-year extension options; multiple awards may be made. A mandatory virtual pre-proposal conference and mandatory site visit are required.
