Description
The Iowa Department of Health and Human Services is soliciting applications from qualified providers to deliver core medical and support services to people living with HIV through the Ryan White Part B HIV Care Program. The scope includes a comprehensive continuum of HIV care and a client-centered, tiered case-management system that links clients to care and supports continued engagement in care. Services are intended to reach people living with HIV across all 99 counties in Iowa. Successful applicants will form a statewide network of service providers focused on improving health outcomes and reducing HIV transmission.
