Southeast Polk Community School District Nutrition Services is soliciting a fixed-price proposal for one roll-thru heated cabinet. The specified product is a Traulsen RIH132LP-FHS, or an approved alternate meeting or exceeding the listed capacity, utility, dimensional, and performance requirements. The cabinet must have full-height solid doors, accommodate racks up to 66 inches high, operate at 208–230/115/60/1 with a NEMA L14-20 connection, and include delivery costs in the proposal. The district will provide installation through an approved Traulsen equipment installer. The response must include the required cover letter, acknowledgments, pricing spreadsheet, certifications, civil-rights assurance, references, acceptance of terms, and non-collusion or independent-price-determination assurance. Vendors must provide three comparable customer references and itemized pricing, and must maintain required insurance if awarded. The solicitation specifies one original copy submitted in a clearly labeled envelope or email.
