Description
The Iowa Department of Administrative Services Fleet Services is soliciting bids from qualified dealerships to provide 2027 model-year Hyundai or equivalent mid-size, four-door, front-wheel-drive, five-passenger sedans, including gasoline and hybrid models. The vehicles must meet or exceed the specifications in the attached vehicle specifications worksheet and include delivery. The solicitation identifies four product lines: SED 1, SED 2, HEV 10, and HEV 11. The respondent must be a car dealership with a physical location in Iowa. Bidders must complete and upload the vehicle specifications worksheet and respond to the electronic RFB questions, including business information, experience, certifications, terms and conditions, Form 22 regarding confidential treatment, the Terminations, Litigation and Debarment document, and pricing. Vehicles are to be delivered to Iowa DAS Fleet at 510 E 12th Street, Des Moines, Iowa 50319, with FOB destination, freight prepaid shipping. The contract begins upon award, expires September 30, 2028, and may be renewed by mutual agreement for up to three additional years.
