Description
The Iowa Department of Administrative Services Fleet Services is soliciting bids from Iowa car dealerships to provide 2027 model-year Nissan Sentra compact sedans and Nissan Altima midsize sedans, or equivalent vehicles. Vehicles must meet or exceed the specifications in the attached worksheet, with options and pricing provided as required. The respondent must have a physical location within Iowa. The contract will begin upon award and expire September 30, 2028, with up to three additional years of renewal by mutual agreement. Vehicles are to be delivered FOB destination, freight prepaid, to Iowa DAS Fleet at 510 E 12th Street, Des Moines, Iowa 50319. Bids must be submitted through the electronic procurement event, including the required responses, completed Terminations, Litigation and Debarment document, Form 22 regarding confidential treatment, and completed vehicle specification worksheet.
