Description
The Bureau of Land Management is soliciting quotes for a firm-fixed-price, single-award construction contract to renovate its Missoula Field Office Administrative Building. The work includes inspecting and repairing the clay tile roofing system; replacing valley, hip, and ridge flashing and damaged tiles using BLM-provided materials; replacing approximately 920 linear feet of seamless six-inch aluminum gutters and downspouts; repairing or replacing moisture-damaged fascia and soffits; repairing stucco; painting exterior walls, doors, windows, rafters, fascia, eaves, and soffits; and removing and replacing approximately 930 square yards of carpet tile and baseboards. The contractor must move and reinstall furniture, remove waste and debris, provide required materials and labor, and complete carpet-related work within a 21-day period. Plumbing improvements are excluded from the current scope. The estimated magnitude is $250,000 to $350,000. The procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside and requires certifications and past-performance examples demonstrating relevant work within the past five years. Quotes must include a work plan and schedule, certifications, past-performance examples, Standard Form 1442, the required documentation and pricing volumes, and acknowledgment of Amendment 0002. The amendment extends the offer deadline to September 15, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. MDT.
