Description
The U.S. Forest Service National Technology and Development Program seeks a contractor to provide medical direction and oversight for AED programs in Montana and California, including prescriptions and authorization, training plans, registration, emergency response procedures, post-event clinical review, and rescuer debriefing. The contractor must also provide customer support during routine working hours. The scope includes procuring and delivering one Physio-Control Stryker CR2 AED, or most recent model, with a wall mount and AED/CPR Pak; supplying replacement batteries and adult pads as needed for nine AEDs; and providing a web platform to manage devices across two centers, track CPR responder certifications, inspections, expiration dates, reminders, and regulatory or manufacturer updates. The anticipated award is a firm-fixed-price purchase order with one one-year base period and four one-year option periods.
