Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting a brand-name-only Sentinelle 16-channel tabletop breast coil system for the St. Louis VA Medical Center's existing Siemens Healthineers 3T MRI system. The coil must be compatible with the Vida 3.0T MRI system and Vida XA10 software, support high-resolution diagnostic and interventional breast imaging, provide optimized signal-to-noise ratio, include required accessories and hardware, and meet applicable FDA requirements for MRI accessories. The contractor must provide delivery, installation, compatibility and operational testing, workflow integration, staff training, user manuals, technical support, replacement or repair coverage for defects, and a minimum one-year manufacturer warranty. The solicitation requires an authorized distributor letter from the original equipment manufacturer, a detailed priced quote, technical capabilities information, and past-performance references for similar requirements.
