Description
Great Rivers Greenway is seeking a contractor to construct the Brickline Greenway North Connector Phase 3 along Spring Avenue between Washington Avenue and Lindell Boulevard. The scope includes earthwork, removals, grading, paving, utility adjustments, street reconfiguration, traffic control, traffic signals, street and pedestrian lighting, sidewalks, curbs, unit pavers, granite, trees, landscaping, and site furniture, along with all required materials, labor, tools, equipment, and supervision. The project is partially federally funded and must comply with applicable Missouri Department of Transportation Local Public Agency requirements. Construction will occur alongside adjacent projects, requiring coordination with the engineer regarding traffic control, staging, construction operations, and impacts to travelers. The solicitation also indicates that zero and negative unit prices and labor are permitted.
