The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting design-build construction services for a parking structure in St. Louis, Missouri. The structure must provide at least 627 parking stalls across seven parking levels, consisting of six stories, with each level approximately 35,665 square feet. The design may use cast-in-place or precast construction and must support the potential addition of one further parking level later. The scope includes electrical and telecommunications rooms, elevators, site work, walkways, access points, wayfinding, and a parking space counting system.
