Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking capability statements from qualified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses for a potential FY 2027 project involving hazardous-materials abatement across various buildings at the John Cochran and Jefferson Barracks divisions of the VA St. Louis Health Care System. The scope includes verification of prior hazardous-materials investigations, additional sampling, abatement design, and oversight. The locations and extent of work will be determined by upcoming infrastructure, historic-construction, and maintenance priorities. This is a Sources Sought notice for market research only, not a request for quotes or proposals, and the Government may or may not issue a subsequent solicitation. The anticipated construction project value is estimated at $250,000 to $500,000, with a stated period of performance of 96 calendar days. Respondents must provide a capability statement of no more than 10 pages, including company information, interest in bidding, comparable projects completed within the past five years, CVE certification, socioeconomic status under NAICS 541330, and the percentage of labor they can self-perform.
