Description
The City of Branson is soliciting proposals for a complete gas-fired tube radiant heating system at Fire Station 2. The contractor must furnish labor, materials, equipment, permits, supervision, testing, commissioning, and incidentals to install the system in the existing approximately 44-foot by 58-foot garage with a 16-foot ceiling. The work includes extending natural gas service to the kitchen stove and exterior patio barbecue area, installing ceiling-mounted air-circulation fans and an emergency gas shutoff system for the kitchen stove, and decommissioning existing electric heating equipment. All work must comply with applicable building, mechanical, fuel gas, electrical, and fire safety codes. Addendum 1 confirms a nonmandatory site walk and requires bidders to sign and submit an acknowledgment of receipt with their bids.
