Description
The City of Branson is soliciting bids for the complete replacement of three existing make-up air units at the Cooper Creek Wastewater Treatment Facility. The work includes furnishing and installing one unit each for the Belt Building, RAS Building, and Headworks Building, with minimum airflow capacities of 3,450 CFM, 3,900 CFM, and 5,340 CFM and electric heat capacities of 79 kW, 54 kW, and 120 kW, respectively. Units must provide 100% outside air, motorized dampers, unit-mounted disconnects, controls with remote user interfaces, and compatible ductwork, electrical, controls, and mounting modifications. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, permits, testing, commissioning, and removal of the existing units. Installation must be completed within 90 calendar days after issuance of the purchase order. Required submittals include manufacturer installation instructions, operation and maintenance manuals, and post-installation test reports. Approved-equal equipment may be proposed with supporting technical documentation and a point-by-point comparison. The solicitation also requires prevailing-wage compliance, one-year warranties for materials, equipment, and workmanship, and performance and payment bonding after contract execution.
