Description
The Town of Sahuarita is requesting proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide specialized planning, analysis, facilitation, and implementation support for parks and recreation initiatives. The Town anticipates establishing multiple on-call professional services contracts, with individual projects authorized through task orders or notices to proceed. Potential service areas include a ten-year parks and recreation capital improvement plan; recreation area planning and developer participation; recreation technology, data, and organizational capacity assessment; community and stakeholder engagement; and a coordinated implementation roadmap. Consultants may propose for one, multiple, or all service areas. Deliverables may include data-supported plans, inventories, cost and financial analyses, prioritization models, policy and ordinance recommendations, technology and process assessments, engagement materials and summaries, implementation roadmaps, editable source files, and other tools identified in task orders. The contract term is one year with an option to renew for up to four additional one-year periods. The solicitation requires a proposal narrative in PDF format, the completed Questionnaire (Q-37HN) Excel form, the completed Cost Form (BT-39KM) Excel form, and an executed Addendum Acknowledgement Form.
