Description
The University of Arizona is requesting statements of qualifications from firms to provide construction manager at risk services for replacement of the AHSC Central Plant's 4.16 kV switchgear. Responses must be uploaded through the Procurement Portal GEP/Quantum in accordance with the solicitation requirements. A mandatory pre-submittal meeting and site walk-through are scheduled for October 5, 2026, at the University of Arizona's UFS Building and the AHSC Central Heating and Refrigeration Plant. Questions are due by October 9, 2026, at 2:00 PM MST.
