Description
Housing Pierce County (HPC) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide emergency mitigation and on-call restoration services for its portfolio of approximately 740 residential apartment units, 35 scattered sites, 3 office locations, and 1 warehouse in Pierce County, Washington. Services include water, fire, and smoke damage restoration; microbial growth remediation; storm damage response; biohazard and trauma scene cleanup; emergency plumbing and sewer line repairs; and turnkey unit rehabilitation. Contract term is an initial three years with two one-year renewal options. Proposals are due September 11, 2026 by 5:00 PM. This addendum removes the requirement to submit a proposed contract and includes a sample contract for review.
