Description
The City and County of San Francisco, through its Office of City Administrator, Real Estate Division, is seeking qualified contractors to provide professional, as-needed mitigation, abatement, and remediation of hazardous materials, along with related restoration services. Work is to be performed in accordance with applicable San Francisco Administrative Code provisions governing hazardous-materials abatement and public works. The solicitation requests pricing for the described services and includes a proposer questionnaire, written proposal template, personnel sheet, and CMD Form 3 among the attached response materials. The opportunity is structured as a Request for Qualifications and permits multiple bids.
