Description
The New York City Housing Authority is soliciting an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract for visual inspections of fire standpipe and sprinkler systems at various developments citywide, including Brooklyn. The three-year base term begins on the award date stated in NYCHA's purchase order, with up to two additional one-year renewal options. This RFQ uses a pilot streamlined bid submission and evaluation process. At closing, bidders should submit only the minimum documentation identified in the solicitation; NYCHA may request additional responsibility and responsiveness documentation from apparent low bidders after bid opening. Section 3 REO plans must be submitted separately through eComply and must not be included in the iSupplier bid submission. The solicitation includes 15% MBE and 15% WBE contracting goals and is not subject to an existing PQL or PLA.
