Description
The County is seeking architectural and engineering services to advance the McKenzie River Food Pantry project from 30% design development through final construction documents. The selected contractor will prepare detailed drawings, plans, specifications, permitting documents, bidding documents, and a final project cost estimate. The scope also includes construction contract administration services, including site visits, reporting, submittal review, construction document interpretation, and cost/payment review. An environmental review is underway and may take six to nine months; design may proceed only to the 90% level until environmental clearance is received, after which a Notice to Proceed will authorize final design work.
