Description
The City of Irvine is seeking a qualified prime architectural consultant to lead a multidisciplinary design team for seven Great Park ancillary-structure phases. The work covers one Cultural Terrace restroom; multiple public restroom buildings; maintenance buildings and prefabricated maintenance-storage buildings; trash enclosures; and related site utilities. The consultant must provide coordinated architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire/life-safety, accessibility, Title 24, low-voltage, and related design services. Services progress from schematic-design validation and design development through 60%, 90%, and 100% permit- and bid-ready construction documents, specifications, quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, permitting and agency coordination, bidding support, construction administration, commissioning, punch-list support, and final as-built documents. The proposal must include the completed Business Information Form, experience and qualifications information, project approach and methodology, at least three relevant references, a signed Minimum Wage Ordinance Declaration of Compliance, and the completed Pricing Proposal. The selected consultant must perform a majority of the services and demonstrate the required licensed and certified project-team capabilities.
