Description
Jim Wells County is seeking qualifications from Texas-registered engineering and architectural firms to support applications and project implementation under the Texas General Land Office’s Disaster Recovery Reallocation Program. Multiple contracts may be awarded. The scope may include public works, federally funded construction, mitigation, housing and non-housing projects, and related engineering or architectural services. Required capabilities include grant-application support, preliminary and final design, surveying and mapping, cost estimates, permitting, environmental and archaeological coordination, bid and award support, construction management and on-site oversight, inspections, change-order and invoice review, as-built documentation, and specialized geotechnical, testing, planning, feasibility, and property-related services. Respondents must submit a Statement of Qualifications demonstrating relevant experience, capacity, licensing, references, active SAM.gov registration, and compliance with the required federal and local certifications and disclosures.
