Description
The Roaring Fork Transportation Authority is seeking qualified consultants to develop and implement an annual state and federal legislative and funding agenda. Services include identifying legislative priorities and funding needs, monitoring funding opportunities and legislative developments, analyzing eligibility and competitiveness, identifying relevant agency and legislative contacts, and supporting grant development and proposal review. The scope also includes monthly staff calls, briefing materials and talking points, project-specific advocacy strategies, meetings with legislators and agency officials, and efforts to shape federal and state funding opportunities. Pricing is requested as a lump sum.
