Description
The Panama City-Bay County Airport and Industrial District is soliciting proposals for integrated public relations and marketing support services for Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport. The scope includes public relations strategy, media relations, crisis communications planning and response, executive communications, advertising and campaign development, brand management, website and digital marketing support, social media, publications and collateral creation, event planning, community and stakeholder engagement, and media training. The selected firm will provide annual public relations and marketing plans, brand guidelines, campaign and creative assets, press materials, stakeholder communications, event support, performance dashboards, monthly and quarterly reporting, and an annual performance report. Respondents must demonstrate at least five years of relevant experience, including relevant work performed within the last ten years. The initial contract term is three years with two optional one-year renewals. A technical proposal and separate financial proposal are required, along with the listed certifications and affidavits.
