Description
The City of Cincinnati Park Board is soliciting utility golf cart rentals for Cincinnati parks. The pricing schedule requests four-passenger carts, two-seat utility flat-bed carts, and two-seat turf/utility long-bed carts at daily, weekly, monthly, three-month, six-month, and twelve-month rates. Estimates are based on a twelve-month period and quantities are on a more-or-less basis. The scope also includes delivery and pickup charges, spare-parts pricing at contractor cost plus a markup not exceeding 5%, routine maintenance, and as-needed onsite breakdown maintenance or repair. Bidders must address repair capabilities, mobile units available for onsite repairs, operating hours, guaranteed service timing within 72 hours, same-day service cutoff times, and responsibility for routine maintenance. An alternate requests pricing for street-worthy golf carts equipped for road use, including headlights, windshield wipers, and tags.
