Description
The City of Cincinnati is seeking a single contractor to provide recurring janitorial services at three locations: two Cincinnati Parks facilities and one Cincinnati Fire Department facility. Work includes dusting, surface cleaning, vacuuming and mopping floors and staircases, cleaning windowsills and blinds, emptying trash, sanitizing restrooms and kitchen or break-room areas, and detailed monthly cleaning of a fire department facility. The fire department location requires a minimum of two employees. Estimated quantities are 52 weekly service visits at each of the two parks locations and 12 monthly visits at the fire department location. The contract has an initial 12-month period with two additional 12-month renewal periods, for a potential 36-month term. Bidders must submit pricing through the City's Vendor Self Service system, use the provided pricing and response materials, and submit supporting documentation in searchable PDF format when practicable. A mandatory in-person pre-bid meeting is required, with its date, time, and location to be issued by addendum. The bid is subject to Cincinnati's living-wage requirements, and subcontracting requires prior written approval.
