Description
The California Franchise Tax Board is seeking a vendor to provide and install security technology hardware and software, including BCD Video recording servers, iSTAR Ultra G2 GCM boards, Windows Server 2022, SQL Server 2022, Milestone XProtect Corporate, and Software House C•CURE 9000 upgrades. The scope includes replacement of seven recording servers, upgrades to physical and virtual servers and user clients, systems integration, encrypted communications configuration, testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer. The contractor must be an authorized Milestone and Software House dealer and provide appropriately certified technicians. Work includes on-site installation at designated offices, remote work, after-hours and weekend activities as needed, professional services, ongoing technical support, vulnerability remediation, and hardware warranty support. The solicitation requires completion of the attached cost worksheet and submission of specified declarations, certifications, and confidentiality documentation.
