Description
Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government is soliciting sealed bids from prime contracting firms for the Raven Run Structural Repair project at Raven Run Nature Sanctuary. The work consists of furnishing labor and materials and performing the construction work described in the bid schedule, specifications, and architectural and structural drawings. Bidders must submit the required proposal package, including the Form of Proposal, legal-status information, bidder affidavit, bid schedule, qualifications and experience statements, proposed subcontractor and supplier lists, MWDBE and veteran participation materials, non-collusion and non-conflict certification, equal-opportunity materials, workforce analysis, evidence of insurability, debarment certifications, and a copy of the bid bond when applicable. The project uses a lump-sum bid; a one-year unit-price contract structure is anticipated, with individual project completion periods established by notice to proceed.
