Description
The University of Kentucky is seeking one or more preferred suppliers for FDA-approved electrophysiology ablation system products and accessories, including a comprehensive product portfolio, competitive pricing, and ongoing technological support. The resulting contracts may be used by the University and affiliated healthcare entities and locations. Offerors must describe their manufacturers and product lines, authorization to sell and support products, relevant experience, comparable customer references, supply resources, ordering and delivery processes, inventory and consignment options, clinical education and training, procedural and technical support, returns and recalls, supply-continuity plans, and implementation schedule. The financial proposal must provide an editable Excel catalog with product details and fixed pricing for the initial two-year term, along with pricing for related services and support. The contract is expected to run for two years with up to three additional one-year renewals.
