Description
The University of Kentucky is seeking proposals from qualified suppliers for neurointerventional products and accessories used in diagnosing and treating cerebrovascular and other neurovascular conditions. The scope may include mechanical thrombectomy devices; aspiration catheters and stent retrievers; flow-diversion devices; intracranial and carotid stents; embolic coils and liquid embolic agents; microcatheters, guide catheters, balloon guide catheters, access systems, guidewires, closure devices, and related disposables. Offerors may propose products in some or all categories and must provide a catalog and pricing for the products offered. Proposals must describe product availability and supplier support, including ordering and delivery, inventory or consignment options, product education and procedural support, emergency needs, backorders, recalls, returns, replacements, and credits. The response must include supplier qualifications, manufacturer and product-line information, authorization to sell and support products, comparable hospital or health-system experience and references, resources, sustainability information, an implementation schedule, a technical proposal, and a separate financial proposal. The financial submission must include an editable Excel catalog with fixed pricing for the initial two-year term and detailed product and support pricing. The resulting contract is expected to run for two years with up to three additional one-year renewals.
