WESTERN LANE FIRE & EMS AUTHORITYSTATION 1 DRY ROT REPAIR PROJECT Bids Due 3:00 pm, October 23, 2026 INVITATION TO BIDContractors are invited to bid on the Western Lane Fire & EMS Authority Station 1 Dry Rot Repair Project (Project). The Project generally consists of removing and replacing existing siding with fiber cement panels and fiber cement battens; disposal of all debris; drain wrap behind fiber cement panels; evaluate and repair all substructure damage to include sub sheeting, any damaged structural member, drywall where needed, and insulation where needed; paint exterior to match existing building color; paint interior at new dry walled area, if needed; diamond plate panels at top of wall for ladder training area; remove and replace existing windows in stairwell area; and all job site cleanup. Sealed bids must be received on or before October 23, 2026 at 3:00 pm. Complete bids must be received by the Western Lane Fire & EMS Authority (Authority), addressed as follows by the closing date and time, or they will be rejected as non-responsive: Western Lane Fire & EMS Authority Andy Gray, Division Chief 2625 Hwy 101 Florence, OR 97439 Bids will be publicly opened immediately following this closing.
