Description
The City of Eugene is soliciting sealed bids for the installation of protective fencing on the fifth floor of the Overpark Garage. This is a public works construction project subject to Oregon prevailing-wage requirements, and bidders must be registered with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board. Prime bidders must attend the mandatory pre-bid conference. Bids must include bid security equal to 10% of the bid amount plus additive alternates, submitted as an eligible bid bond, certified or cashier’s check, savings and loan secured check, irrevocable letter of credit, or verified electronic bid bond. The selected contractor will also be subject to first-tier subcontractor disclosure requirements.
