Lane County is soliciting bids for the Hendricks Bridge Day Use Area Parking Lot Upgrade, a county project involving grading, drainage, asphalt-concrete paving, signing, and roadside development along Hendricks Bridge Wayside Road. Major estimated work items include sediment fencing, general excavation, subgrade geotextile, aggregate base, asphalt concrete pavement, concrete curbs and gutters, concrete walkways, wheel stops, pavement markings, a water-quality facility, and topsoil. The estimated project cost range is $500,000 to $750,000. Minimum wage-rate requirements apply, and bidders must comply with Lane County's public bidding procedures and construction requirements.
