Description
Palm Beach County is soliciting qualified contractors under its Annual Contract for Minor Construction Services to furnish and install enclosures for Stairs 3 and 4 at the Convention Center Parking Garage. The work includes all required labor, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, supervision, professional services, drawings, permitting, and related construction activities. Materials must meet or exceed the Florida Building Code, and product submittals require approval before ordering. The contractor must coordinate site access, security, scheduling, worker and public protection, inspections, cleanup, and facility operations. Substantial completion is required within 180 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed, with a 12-month warranty from substantial completion. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is required, and bidders must be qualified under the County's Annual Contract for Minor Construction Services. The bid package must include the completed bid form, required Small Business Development schedules, signed addenda if issued, and conditional bid security for bids of $200,000 or more.
