Description
The Town seeks one 250-gallon-per-minute lead-lag PFAS treatment system for a drinking-water well. The system includes two ASME-stamped pressure vessels, piping and valve racks, valves, gauges, sample ports, relief and air-release valves, and related components specified in the bidding documents. The system is designed for ion-exchange media, which is supplied by others. The seller must furnish and ship the system and provide a field superintendent or representative to oversee onsite assembly, assist with media loading, and support startup, commissioning, testing, and training. Installation and other site work are by others. Bids are submitted electronically through the Town's procurement portal; the bid security is 10% of the bid amount. The bid package also requires bidder qualifications and project references, a completed bid form and listed certifications, and a completed pricing response template.
