Description
Yavapai Accommodation School District #99 is seeking quotes for standalone data transmission service at 1 Gbps between two schools. The requested service includes installation and initial configuration. Quotes must itemize any ineligible costs, include all applicable fees and Arizona sales tax, display the provider’s SPIN and the Form 470 number, and remain valid for the life of the contract. The provider must offer the applicant the option of SPI or BEAR invoicing and comply with the stated FCC Lowest Corresponding Price and covered-equipment restrictions. Any contract term shorter than 60 months should allow annual one-year extensions and/or month-to-month extensions at the applicant’s discretion, not to exceed 60 months total.
